Led by the Reconciliation Group, Â鶹´«Ã½ students pledged to .
As students and staff of Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2026, we pledge to celebrate and acknowledge the land, history, and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
We pledge to do this by educating ourselves and those in our community. We will actively raise awareness and acknowledge the barriers faced by Indigenous Australians and recognise indifference within Â鶹´«Ã½ to build a cohesive community free from discrimination.
To follow in the words of Aunty Lilla Watson: “If you have come to help me you are wasting your time. If you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
At Â鶹´«Ã½ we pledge to actively work for reconciliation alongside First Nation Peoples.
