The Long Walk

Â鶹´«Ã½ students, parents and teachers took part in the Long Walk on Saturday 28 May to celebrate National Reconciliation Week. They met at Federation Square to hear from the founder of the walk Michael Long and the Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, before walking to the MCG with others who support the cause of getting indigenous issues on the national agenda. Students proudly walked behind the Â鶹´«Ã½ banner, which was signed on the day by Kevin Sheedy, Bill Shorten, Patrick Dodson and Nova Peris.
